Comfortable, chic and practical – thats how I like my city trip looks. This time I went to Dublin and I have with me my most comfortable outfit.
Dublin was always in my head for a city trip. That is why we decided to go to the capital of Ireland this autumn. Less than two weeks ago we booked flight and hotel. First, we wanted to book the overnight stays via Airbnb, but then it came across this cool hotel called Morgan. The hotel is in the center of Dublin and in the heart of the Pub zone.
Overall, we spent 4 nights there. Three nights would be also enough, but my boyfriend and I love to spend enough time in cozy coffees and bars.
The city of Dublin is very manageable and easy to discover on foot. But we have not seen every tourist attraction. The Guinness brewery is very recommendable and it is the holy grail of Irish people 😉 Although I am not a Guinness drinker, the brewery was absolutely worth seeing.
Amidst the city is the Trinity College Dublin. Super impressive was this huge library, which reminded me to Hogwarts of Harry Potter 🙂 Those who follow me on Instagram have already seen a video of it. The two parks Phoenix Park and St. Patrick’s Park are perfect for a walk and enjoy this silence out of the city.
On my city trips, I want to be on the road with the most comfortable outfits. That’s why I’ve packed my cozy oversize sweater. I wear also a pair of black boots and one of my favorite hats I bought in Tokyo two years ago.
