Lizh – the new slow fashion label from Zurich

Comfort, uniqueness, and sustainability – these three terms represent the new sustainable fashion label Lizh from Zurich.

The young label Lizh from Zurich was started by two friends Isabella and Laura. Their vision, creating a sustainable fashion label that takes care of people and nature. Wearing their clothes should be fun, bring joy and freedom – and it does!
The soft material as well as the cut fits perfectly to the body and gives comfort. The gently falling fabric and the beautiful nature prints create a unique free-spirit vibe.

The prints are handmade and applied using an old technique. Through a chemical process, the sun transfers the pattern onto the paper and creates the print. Then the images are digitized and then applied to the fabric.

It is important for the two women to keep their supply chain as short as possible. This allows them to know exactly everything about the production, processes, and working conditions of the different companies. They use recyclable materials such as Tencel or Pet. The fabrics come from Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, and Poland, and the prints are produced directly “in-house”.

In order to save waste, the clothes are not delivered in plastic bags, but in linen bags. The packages, envelopes, and paper used for their designs are made of recyclable materials or paper.
